Affordable Living Options
Rent is determined based on income limits established by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the local metropolitan area, specifically at the 60% Area Median Income (AMI) level.

As part of the application process, you’ll need to complete forms detailing your income, household size, student status, and financial assets. This ensures we can provide housing options that meet your needs while maintaining program eligibility.
